Temporary, 1 Year, Full Time Teacher of MFL: French and German

Main Scale

From September 2010, we are looking to appoint an excellent teacher of modern foreign languages to teach French and German to GCSE Level.   The ability and willingness to teach some Post 16 lessons would be an advantage.

Harry Carlton is a very successful, oversubscribed, 11-18 school in south Nottinghamshire.   There are 200 in the Sixth Form and increasing numbers are studying German and/or French.

For an informal discussion please contact Ms Amanda MacKinnon, Head of MFL Faculty or Mr John Carrick, Deputy Head.

The school and its governors are dedicated to all aspects of the Every Child Matters agenda and are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people in their care.

To this end we actively seek CRB enhanced clearance checks and Section 99 notice checks, for all adults who seek employment at Harry Carlton School.  Any application for employment will automatically include the active pursuit of all safeguarding procedures.

The closing date is Tuesday 23rd  March 2010
